反应温度对煤焦油沥青质加氢转化性能影响 被引量:6

摘要 在高压反应釜中对中低温煤焦油催化加氢,利用元素分析、FT-IR、XPS、SEM对加氢后煤焦油中的沥青质进行表征,系统分析了沥青质转化率、化学组成、官能团类型、杂原子赋存形态等变化。结果表明,随着反应温度升高,甲苯不溶物收率逐渐增大,沥青质相对分子质量和n(H)∶n(C)原子比减小。加氢后沥青质中以酚氧或醚氧等赋存的单键氧原子摩尔比逐渐减少,羰基和羧基氧原子摩尔比逐渐增多,以吡啶类赋存的氮原子摩尔比逐渐减小,烷基硫赋存的硫原子原子摩尔比逐渐减小,噻吩类硫原子摩尔比逐渐增多。 The low temperature coal tar was catalyzed hydrogenation in the high-pressure reaction kettle.And asphaltene in hydrogenated coal tar was characterized by element analysis,FT-IR,XPS and SEM.The changed of asphaltene conversion rate,chemical composition,functional group type and heteroatomic form were systematically analyzed.The results showed that with the increased of reaction temperature,the yield of toluene insoluble matter gradually increased,the molecular weight and ratio of H/C atoms of asphaltene were decreased gradually.The content of single bond oxygen such as phenol oxygen or ether oxygen decreased gradually in asphaltene,while the content of carbonyl and carboxyl oxygen increased gradually.The nitrogen content of pyridine decreased gradually.The sulfur atom content of alkyl sulfur decreased gradually,and thiophene sulfur content increased gradually.
