摘要
为解决盾构管片预埋槽道不可更换及全环预埋等问题,以兰州地铁2号线1期工程为例,通过理论研究和现场试验,对盾构管片外嵌式槽道技术进行研究,主要从其可行性和安全性等方面展开。研究指出:外嵌式槽道技术不仅能满足机电设备安装的各项要求,且安装方法简单易行,在隧道内可更换和分段安装,比全环预埋槽道技术可节省成本约40%;外嵌式槽道技术不仅适合地铁或高铁盾构隧道,也适合暗挖隧道和城市综合管廊隧道,通用性强,推广意义大。
The pre-embedded chute for shield segment cannot be replaced resulting from full-ring embedding.Hence,the technology of chute embedded outside shield segment is studied by theoretical analysis and site experiment from the aspects of feasibility and safety,by taking Phase 1 of Lanzhou Metro Line No.2 for example.It is concluded that:(1)The technology of chute embeeded outside shield segment can meet relevant requirements;it is replaceable and easy to install;and by doing which 40%cost can be reduced.(2)The technology mentioned above is feasible for metro shield tunnel,high-speed railway shield tunnel,mined tunnel and urban utility tunnels;and it is worth popularizing.
