摘要 以两个系列不同晶相的氧化铝为主要原料分别制备载体,研究氧化铝晶相和粒度对α-氧化铝载体的影响。采用XRD,TG-DSC,SEM等方法对载体坯料及载体进行表征。表征结果显示,原料氧化铝的晶相会影响焙烧过程中氧化铝的晶相转变过程,从而改变载体的晶体形貌及尺寸,进而导致吸水率和比表面积等物性的变化;氧化铝的粒度也会对载体物性有一定影响。实验结果表明,通过控制氧化铝原料的晶相及粒度,可实现载体晶体形貌及尺寸的调控,在一定范围内调控载体物性,实现载体的可控合成。 Two series of alumina with different crystal phases were used to prepare carriers,and the effects of the crystal phase and particle size of the alumina onα-alumina carriers were researched.XRD,TG-DSC and SEM were used to characterize the carriers before or after calcination.The results showed that the crystal phase of the alumina would affect the crystal transformation during the calcination,thus changing the crystal morphology and size and then resulting in the change of physical properties,such as water absorption and specific surface area.The particle size of the alumina also affected the physical properties of the carriers to some extent.By changing the crystal phase and particle size of the alumina,we can control the crystal morphology and size,and then get a carrier with appropriate physical properties.In this way,the controllable synthesis of carrier would be realized.
