摘要
采用氮气气提的方法脱除了聚异丁烯基酚体系中的苯酚,利用HPLC、~1H NMR等方法考察了气提条件对脱酚率的影响。实验结果表明,在合成聚异丁烯基酚过程中使用氮气气提的方法可有效地脱除苯酚,而且脱除后聚异丁烯基酚产品性质未发生改变,该方法工艺简单,脱酚效率较高。氮气气提脱除聚异丁烯基酚中的苯酚适宜的工艺条件为:液相体系温度100℃,气提时间4.5 h,加热氮气流量为40 L/(kg·h),氮气无分布。在该条件下,脱酚率可以达到98%。
N2 sweeping was applied to remove phenol of polyisobutenylphenol in this paper.The rate of dephenolazation was investigated by HPLC and 1H NMR.The experimental data suggested that N2 sweeping could effectively remove phenol from polyisobutenylphenol,and the properties of the polyisobutenylphenol had no change.Dephenolazation from polyisobutenylphenol by N2 sweeping had high efficiency and the process was simple.The optimum conditions were as follows:temperature 100℃,sweeping time 4.5 h,heated nitrogen flow 40 L/(kg·h),and nitrogen flow not distributed.Under these conditions,the rate of dephenolazation could reach 98%.
