摘要
以山楂皮为材料,采用乙醇溶剂浸提法,考察提取温度、提取时间、液料比、乙醇体积分数对山楂皮中总多酚、总黄酮和三萜类物质提取率的影响,在单因素试验的基础上,采用L9(34)正交试验优化山楂皮中3种活性物质的同步提取工艺。确定最优的提取工艺参数:液料比20∶1(m L/g),在提取温度为75℃下选择体积分数为70%的乙醇浸提2.0 h。在此条件下得到总多酚、总黄酮及三萜类物质的提取率分别为30.31%、11.10%、1.98%。优化的提取工艺稳定可行,可兼顾山楂皮中总多酚、总黄酮和三萜类物质的提取,为更有效地利用山楂皮资源提供参考。
In order to optimize the synchronous extraction process of total polyphenols,total flavonoids and triterpenoids from Hawthorn Peels,in this study,the method of ethanol solvent extraction was employed and hawthorn peels was selected as raw materials,the L9(34)orthogonal experiment was carried out by evaluating extr-action temperature,extraction time,ratio of liquid to solid and the volume fraction of ethanol on the basis of single factor experiment.The results indicated that the best extraction conditions were as follows:the ethanol was 70%,the ratio of liquid to solid was 20:1(mL/g),the extraction temperature was 75℃and the extraction time was 2.0 h.Under the optimal conditions,the content of total polyphenols,total flavonoids and triterpenoids in extracts were 30.31%,11.10%and 1.98%respectively.Our results demonstrated that total polyphenols,total flavonoids and triterpenoids can be extracted stably and synchronously from hawthorn peels.Our study improved the availability of application of hawthorn peels resources efficiently.
