摘要
目的探讨精准化健康教育模式在髋关节置换术患者围术期的应用效果。方法便利抽样选取2017年4-6月入院的患者为对照组,2017年7-9月入院的患者为观察组,每组各30例。对照组患者接受常规健康教育,观察组患者在常规健康教育的基础上接受精准化健康教育的模式。出院时对两组患者健康状况、康复锻炼的依从性和满意度进行比较。结果两组患者入院时SF-36各维度评分和总分比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);出院前各项评分均有改善(均P<0.05),且观察组和对照组比较效果更为显著(P<0.05)。观察组患者功能锻炼依从性及满意度亦高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论精准化健康教育模式更容易被髋关节置换术患者接受和理解,不仅可提高护理人员的工作效率,也可提高患者康复锻炼的依从性和满意度,更利于患者的健康恢复。
Objective To explore the application of accurate health education model on patients with hip replacement in perioperative period.Methods By convenience sampling method,60 patients with hip replacement in our hospital were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine health education.In addition to routine health education,the patients in the observation group were given health education in the model of accurate health education.The rehabilitation compliance and satisfaction of patients were compared between two groups before discharge.Results There were no significant differences in the SF-36 scores between the two groups before the intervention(all P>0.05),and were significantly improved before discharge(P<0.05),and the effects of the study group were more significant than those of the control group(P<0.05).The functional exercise compliance and the satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusions The accurate health education model is more likely to be accepted and understood by hip replacement patients,which can not only improve the efficiency of nursing staff,but also improve the patients’functional exercise compliance and the satisfaction.It is more conducive to the healthy recovery of patients.
