摘要
根据急转速度系数设计双曲柄机构的方法鲜有文献报导,针对此课题进行研究,发现一种基于急转速度系数设计双曲柄机构的新方法:先采用几何方法将双曲柄机构与曲柄摇杆机构联系起来,然后根据已有的双曲柄机构的已知条件推导出曲柄摇杆机构的条件,然后设计出曲柄摇杆机构,再将其转换为双曲柄机构,从而设计出双曲柄机构。
There are few reports about the method of designing the double crank mechanism based on the advance-to return-time ratio.So in this paper,this project is researched and a new method to design the double crank mechanism based on advance-to return-time ratio is proposed.Firstly,the double crank mechanism is connected with the crank-rocker mechanism by geometry relationship;secondly,parameters of the crank-rocker mechanism are deduced from researching the parameters of double crank mechanism,thus to design the crank-rocker mechanism;Then,the crank-rocker mechanism is transformed into the double crank mechanism.Thereby,the double crank mechanism is designed.
