摘要
当前游梁式抽油机的刹车装置存在缺陷,导致抽油机出现刹车打滑和溜车现象,对油田安全生产造成严重威胁。通过分析抽油机外抱式和内张式两种刹车装置的工作原理,找出了刹车故障的原因,并且提出了合理的解决方案。针对外抱式和内张式刹车分别设计了不同的齿盘式刹车保险装置,并阐述了保险装置的设计方案和工作原理。通过有限元仿真了极端工况下抽油机发生溜车时,保险装置的核心零部件制动板的应力和变形,仿真结果满足强度要求。游梁式抽油机刹车保险装置可有效提高抽油机刹车操作的安全性,具有良好的应用前景。
The braking device of the current beam pumping unit is flawed,resulting in the phenomenon of brake slippage and slippage of the pumping unit,which poses a serious threat to the safety production of the oil field.By analyzing the working principle of the two types of brake devices outside and inside the pumping unit,the cause of the brake failure was identified and a reasonable solution was proposed.Different toothed disc brakes are designed for the outer and inner brakes;the design scheme and working principle of the safety device are described.Through finite element simulation,the stress and deformation of the brake plates in the core components of the safety device when the pumping unit slips under extreme working conditions are simulated.The simulation results meet the strength requirements.The brake safety device of the beam-type pumping unit can effectively improve the safety of the pumping unit braking operation and has a good application prospect.
