摘要
为研究茶树油对断奶仔猪胰腺发育及抗氧化功能的影响,对90头体重相近的断奶仔猪分组进行不同剂量茶树油饲喂。饲喂21d后称重屠宰并采集胰腺组织,进行镜检及抗氧化指标分析。结果表明:低、中、高茶树油组的胰腺组织平均粒径均显著高出抗生素组和对照组;中、高茶树油组圆度高出抗生素组和对照组;中、低浓度茶树油对于总抗氧化能力(TAOC)、丙二醛(MDA)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)均起到积极的作用。研究结果表明,断奶仔猪日粮添加茶树油可促进胰腺的发育,并且对胰腺组织抗氧化功能具有促进作用。
In order to study the effect of tea tree oil on the pancreatic development and antioxidant function of weanling piglets,90 weanling piglets with similar weight were fed with different doses of tea tree oil.After 21 days,the tissues were weighed and collected,then examined for microscopic examination and antioxidant index.The results showed that the average diameter of pancreatic tissues in the low,middle or high tea tree oil groups was significantly higher than that of the antibiotic group or the control group;the roundness of the middle or high tea tree oil groups was higher than the antibiotic group or the control group;the middle and low concentration tea tree oil had a positive effect on the total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC),malondialdehyde(MDA)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px).The findings demonstrated that addition of tea tree oil can promote the development of pancreas and the antioxidant function of pancreatic tissue in weaning piglets.
