摘要
驴业作为特色畜牧业正日益受到人们的重视.本文围绕驴的消化生理特点、对营养物质的利用特性及能量、蛋白、矿物质、维生素、水等营养需要研究进展进行了综述,以期为驴养殖业发展提供依据.
Over the past five years,the application of donkey meat,milk,skin and its by-products has been broaden.China donkey industry is gradually picking up.Especially,the huge demand for donkey skin in donkey-hide gelatin companies such as Shandong Dong-E E-Jiao Co.,Ltd directly stimulates the development of the donkey markets.With the price of donkey products increasing,the enthusiasm of people to investment in donkey feeding was significantly improved.However,the study on donkey nutrition requirement and feeding management is limited.In the light of this,this little review is mainly focused on digestive physiology and research progress nutrition requirement for donkeys to provide reference for the development of donkey industry.
