摘要
目的研究粪便常规检查的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析2017年7月—2018年6月4 308份粪便标本,其中非消化系疾病2 347例,消化系疾病1 961例。应用目测法、显微镜盐水涂片法检查,对结果进行观察分析。结果应用显微镜盐水涂片法对4 308份粪便标本进行检查,总阳性检查率为27.27%,白细胞检出率17.87%,红细胞检出率9.03%,蛔虫卵检出率0.37%。结论行粪便常规性检查,价格低廉,适用性强,对于寄生虫以及消化道疾病治疗有重要意义。
Objective To study the clinical value of stool routine examination.Methods A retrospective analysis of 4,308 fecal specimens from July 2017 to June 2018,including 2 347 nondigestive diseases and 1 961 digestive diseases.The results were observed and analyzed by visual inspection and microscopic saline smear method.Results 4 308 stool specimens were examined by microscopic saline smear method.The total positive rate was 27.27%,the detection rate of white blood cells was 17.87%,the detection rate of red blood cells was 9.03%,and the detection rate of ascaris egg was 0.37%.Conclusion The routine examination of stool is cheap and applicable,which is of great significance for the treatment of parasites and digestive tract diseases.
