品管圈活动在降低腔镜器械配包缺陷率中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨品管圈活动在降低腔镜器械配包缺陷率中的应用效果。方法选取2017年12月—2018年1月实施品管圈活动前1 112包待灭菌腔镜器械包为对照组;2018年2月—2018年3月实施品管圈活动后1 241包待灭菌腔镜器械包为研究组;应用QCC活动的步骤,完成PDCA循环,比较实施前后两组待灭菌腔镜器械包的配包缺陷率。结果实施品管圈活动后腔镜器械配包缺陷率为73.91%,实施前腔镜器械配包缺陷率为84.38%,实施后较实施前腔镜器械配包缺陷率下降10.47%,实施前后比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论品管圈活动应用于腔镜器械配包中,能降低腔镜器械配包缺陷率,促进腔镜器械操作流程的不断改进、完善,以提高消毒供应中心护理质量。 Objective To explore the effect of quality control circle in reducing the defect rate endoscopic instruments.Methods 1 112 packages of sterilized endoscopy instruments were selected as control group from December 2017 to January 2018.1 241 packages of sterilization instruments were selected as the research group after the implementation of quality control circle activities from February 2018 to March 2018.The procedure of QCC activity was used to complete the PDCA cycle,and the defect rates of the two groups of sterilizing endoscope instruments were compared before and after theimplementation.Results The defect rate of the endoscopic instruments was 73.91%after the implementation of the quality control circle activities.The defect rate of endoscopic instruments before implementation was 84.38%,which decreased by 10.47%compared with that before implementation,and there was significant difference between before and after implementation(P<0.05).Conclusion The quality control circle can reduce the defect rate and promote the continuous improvement of the operation process of the endoscopic instrument in order to improve the quality of nursing in the sterilizing supply center.
