摘要
浮选过程中中矿循环量大,中矿单体解离度不够严重影响选铜指标,东同矿业公司将扫选一精矿与扫选二精矿合并,进行旋流器分级,旋流器沉砂进球磨机再磨,旋流器溢流与球磨机排矿合并,进入大旋流器进行检查分级,构筑了磨矿和浮选之间的磨浮大循环,优化了浮选给矿粒度组成,稳定了浮选流程,提高选铜指标。
In the process of flotation,the circulation of medium ore is large,and the dissociation degree of medium ore is not enough,which seriously affects the copper separation index.Dong-tong Mining Company merges sweeping concentrate and sweeping concentrate,carries out cyclone classification,cyclone grinding and ball mill regrinding,cyclone overflow and ball mill discharging,enters large cyclone for inspection and classification.The grinding-flotation cycle between grinding and flotation was built,the size composition of feed ore was optimized,the flotation process was stabilized,and the copper separation index was improved.
