摘要
使用偶氮二异丁腈、碳酸铵和茶皂素与复合膨胀剂复合使用,分别测试了膨胀效果和泌水率。结果表明:偶氮二异丁腈、碳酸铵和茶皂素均对压浆料有一定的膨胀效果,而这其中又以偶氮二异丁腈的效果为最佳,但仍无法完全弥补收缩量。同时,这三者的膨胀效果均在掺量达到一定程度时趋于稳定,共同的优点是,当这三者的掺量达到一定值时,都可以使压浆料的泌水消失。
The effects of air-entraining agent including azodiisobutyronitrile,ammonium carbonate and tea saponin on expansion and bleeding capacity of grouting material were studied.The results shown that expansion and bleeding capacity of azodiisobutyronitrile,ammonium carbonate and tea saponin in grouting material is effective,and the effect of azodiisobutyronitrile is the best,but it still can’t make up for the shrinkage.Meanwhile the bleeding of slurry disappear when it reaches an addition.
