摘要 分析了小电阻接地系统发生接地故障时配电网络的负序阻抗分布特性,并在此基础上提出一种基于通信的统一反时限零序过流保护方案。PSCAD仿真结果验证文中所提方法不受故障电阻的影响,能保证上下级保护之间的时间级差配合。
