摘要
目的探讨层级全责一体化护理对腹部手术患者术后疼痛及护理满意度的影响。方法选取2016年2月至2017年3月我院收治的行腹部手术患者70例。随机等分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规护理模式,观察组采用层级全责一体化护理模式,比较两组患者术后疼痛程度、护理满意度及护理质量。结果观察组患者术后疼痛程度明显轻于对照组(P <0.05),护理满意度明显高于对照组(P <0.05),观察组护理人员护理质量总评分显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论与常规护理模式相比,层级全责一体化护理模式能降低腹部手术患者术后疼痛程度,提高护理满意度和护理质量,效果显著。
Objective To explore the effect of the integrated nursing mode of levels and full-responsibility on postoperative pain and nursing satisfaction of patients underwent abdominal surgery.Methods To compare postoperative pain degree,nursing satisfaction and quality of nursing,70 cases of patients,who underwent abdominal surgery in our hospital from February 2016 to March 2017,were observed,and randomly divided into study group and control group with equal members.The control group adopted routine nursing mode,while the study group adopted the integrated nursing mode of levels and full-responsibility.Results The degree of postoperative pain in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),nursing satisfaction was apparently higher than the control group(P<0.05).The total score of the quality of nursing in the study group was greatly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the routine nursing mode,the integrated nursing mode of levels and full-responsibility could reduce the postoperative pain of patients underwent abdominal surgery,and improve nursing satisfaction and nursing quality,which achieved remarkable effect.
