摘要
目的:探究护理干预对妊娠期糖尿病患者血糖控制及妊娠结局的影响。方法:选取本院妇产科2017年3月-2018年3月期间住院生产的妊娠期糖尿病患者98例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=49)和观察组(n=49)。对照组给予常规护理,观察组则给予护理干预,观察对比两组血糖控制效果、围生期并发症发生及新生儿情况。结果:观察组空腹、餐后2 h及睡前血糖水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组围生期并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(X^2=6.806,P=0.009)。观察组新生儿情况明显优于对照组,低血糖、新生儿窒息、高胆红素血症发生情况均明显少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:护理干预可帮助妊娠期糖尿病患者提高血糖控制效果,保证新生儿健康。
Objective:To explore the effect of nursing intervention on blood glucose control and pregnancy outcome in patients gestational diabetes mellitus.Method:A total of 98 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus who were hospitalized in the Department of Obstetrics and gynecology from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected as the study objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group(n=49)and observation group(n=49).The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given nursing intervention.The blood glucose control effect,perinatal complications and neonatal condition between the two groups were observed and compared.The fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2 h blood glucose and prebedtime blood glucose levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of perinatal complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.806,P=0.009).The neonatal condition in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,the incidences of hypoglycemia,neonatal asphyxia and hyperbilirubinemia were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing intervention can help the patients with gestational diabetes mellitus improve blood glucose control effect and ensure the newborn's health.
