摘要
以Ti粉、Al-V合金粉及Mo粉为原料,通过冷等静压和真空烧结制备Ti-3Al-5Mo-4.5V(TC16)合金,并对该合金的组织与力学性能进行研究。结果表明,粉末冶金TC16合金具有由α相和β相组成的网篮组织,相对密度约为93.5%,抗拉强度、屈服强度和伸长率分别为1062 MPa,973 MPa和2.3%,关键性能(屈服强度)达到铸造TC16合金水平。
Ti-3Al-5Mo-4.5V(TC16)alloy was prepared by powder metallurgy(PM)process with Ti powder,Al-V alloy powder and Mo powder as raw materials.The microstructure and mechanical properties of the powder metallurgy TC16 alloy were studied.The results show that the powder metallurgy TC16 alloys have a basketweave microstructure composed ofαphase andβphase.The powder metallurgy TC16 alloy with the relative density of 93.5%,the tensile strength of 1 062 MPa,the yield strength of 973 MPa and the uniform elongation of 2.3%is obtained,in which the yield strength reachs the level of casted TC16 alloy.
