摘要
本文通过对原有多绳摩擦式提升机钢丝绳更换所使用的主要设备及工艺进行分析,指出原有工具及工艺中制约更换效率的主要问题及原因。提出通过利用变频调速、PLC控制、网络通信手段,改进更换主绳所用的稳车控制系统。通过网络通信技术,实现稳车调速控制系统与提升机控制系统的信息交互,实现稳车与提升机的控制统一,保持两车的统一协作,提高主绳更换的效率和安全性。通过改进老式尾绳车,增加尾绳车动力动力装置及改进制动装置来提高尾绳的更换效率和安全性。
This paper analyzes the main equipment and technology used in replacing the wire rope of the original multi-rope friction hoist,and points out the main problems and reasons that restrict the replacing efficiency in the original tools and technology.By means of frequency conversion,PLC control and network communication,the control system of vehicle stabilization used for replacing main rope is improved.Through the network communication technology,the information exchange between the speed control system and the hoist control system is realized,the control unity of the vehicle and the hoist is realized,the unified cooperation between the two vehicles is maintained,and the efficiency and safety of the main rope replacement are improved.The replacement efficiency and safety of the tail rope are improved by improving the old tail rope car,adding the power plant of the tail rope car and modifying the moving device.
