摘要
降低张力腿平台立管顶部张力大小有利于减小平台载荷,缩小平台尺寸。对TTR系统进行了整体张力分析和局部受力分析,推导得出:生产管柱重力不影响立管顶部张力的大小,采用油管泥线悬挂器无法有效降低平台载荷;是否采用油管泥线悬挂器取决于立管局部受力分析结果;建议采用立管环空注氮的方式降低立管顶部张力。算例分析结果表明:环空注氮后立管顶部张力仅为8 kN,比注氮前降低约280 kN;立管轴向受压区不存在受压失效风险,受拉区张力较小,若生产管柱湿重继续增大,则立管受拉区有转为受压状态的可能,需要考虑增大张紧器张力或采用生产管柱泥线悬挂器的办法来保证吊环以下立管整体处于受拉状态。所得结论可为油管泥线悬挂器在张力腿平台的应用提供参考。
Reducing the tension of the TTR riser of the TLP platform could help to reduce the platform load and size.The overall and local tension force analyses of the TTR system indicate that the gravity of the TTR riser does not affect the top tension of the riser,which means the application of mudline tubing hanger cannot effectively reduce the platform load.The application of mudline tubing hanger depends on the analysis results of the local stress of the riser.Annular nitrogen injection is recommended to reduce the top tension of the TTR riser.The calculation results show that the top tension of the riser can be reduced by 280 kN after the nitrogen injection in the annular.There is no risk of compression failure in the axial compression zone of the riser,and the tension force in the tension zone is small.If the TTR riser wet weight continues to increase,the tension zone may be converted to a compression zone.It is necessary to consider increasing the tension of the tensioner or using mudline tubing hanger to ensure that the riser below the hoist is in a tension state as a whole.The study could provide references for the application of the mudline tubing hanger in the TLP platform.
