摘要
体育学科核心素养以培育学生优良体育品格、提升学生体育运动能力、养成学生健康行为习惯为主要育人取向。结合体育学科核心素养的特性建立相应的课程研修组织,可使体育学科核心素养维度中的各要素有机融入到课程研修程序之中,产生高质量的研修成果。通过体育教师个人设计、研修成员集体设计、改进与修正设计、针对性的有效设计四个环节,可以实现研修主题从文本形式向课程教学实践形式的转变,使体育学科核心素养中的各要素能在研修程序中充分发挥各自的功能和效用,促进体育教师对体育学科核心素养结构的理解与认知,进而不断拓展体育学科核心素养的研究领域和范畴。
The key competency of P.E.subject is oritend to foster students'personality,promote student sports ability and students'health behavior habit.Combining with the characteristics of key competency of P.E.subject to establish corresponding academic organization,we can make each factor of key competency of P.E.subject accomplishment dimension organic into the course training program,produce high quality research results.The four links,including personal design by physical education teachers,collective design by academic members,improvement and revision design,targeted and effective design,can achieve academic topics shifting from text to the course of teaching practice,and it can make each factor of key competency of P.E.subject give full play to their respective functions and in training programs,promote sports teachers'understanding of key competency of P.E.subject structure and cognition,and constantly expand the research field of key competency of P.E.subject and category.
