摘要 卵巢恶性肿瘤是女性生殖器官最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,发病率仅低于宫颈癌和子宫体癌,但卵巢恶性肿瘤在妇科恶性肿瘤中死亡率最高[1],早期发现早期治疗尤为重要。研究显示,Ⅰ期卵巢癌治疗后5年生存率可达90%,而晚期卵巢癌转移和复发率均较高,患者生存率低。因此,早期诊断治疗有重要临床意义。但由于卵巢恶性肿瘤在腹盆腔位置深,患者早期症状不典型,临床诊断难度较大。随着超声在妇科检查中的广泛应用,越来越多的腹盆腔恶性肿瘤和卵巢肿瘤得到早期诊断[2-5]。
