摘要
目的:探讨头痛宁胶囊联合氟桂利嗪胶囊对偏头痛的治疗作用。方法:收治偏头痛患者90例,分为两组,每组各45例。对照组给予氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗,观察组给予氟桂利嗪胶囊联合头痛宁胶囊治疗,比较相关指标。结果:观察组偏头痛治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组偏头痛消失时间优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组疼痛评分、生活质量优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:氟桂利嗪胶囊联合头痛宁胶囊治疗偏头痛的应用效果确切,可有效缓解疼痛、改善生活质量,且无严重不良反应,安全有效。
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of toutongning capsule combined with flunarizine capsule in the treatment of migraine.Methods:90 patients with migraine were selected,they were divided into the two groups,the control group was treated with flunarizine capsule,the observation group was given flunarizine capsule combined with toutongning capsule.We compared the related indexes.Results:The treatment effect of migraine in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of migraine in the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the pain score and quality of life in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Toutongning capsule combined with flunarizine capsule is effective in treating migraine,it can relieve pain effectively,improve the quality of life,and have no serious adverse reaction.It is safe and effective.
