摘要
DCS系统逻辑组态通过算法模块的有序搭建,按照系统工艺流程要求实现特定功能。组态过程中,相同的逻辑框架、不同的细节处理会产生异常的运算结果,甚至造成不可估量的损失。基于艾默生OVATION控制系统逻辑组态常见问题分析,提出逻辑优化措施及修改意见,提高了逻辑运算回路的可靠性,避免了逻辑运算回路错误执行,保证了设备或系统安全稳定运行,降低人员工作风险。
The logic configuration of the DCS system is organized in an orderly manner by algorithm modules,and specific functions are implemented according to the requirements of the system process flow.During the configuration process,The same logical framework,different processing of details will produce abnormal operation results,and even cause immeasurable losses.Based on the analysis of common problems in the logic configuration of Emerson OVATION control system,propose logical optimization measures and amendments,improve the reliability of the logic operation loop,avoid the wrong execution of the logic operation loop,ensure the safe and stable operation of the equipment or system,and reduce the risk of work.
