摘要
基金会现场总线(FF)控制系统采用总线供电方式,为本安防爆。分析了FF的技术特点、系统配置、网段拓扑结构、网段风险管理等。结合某酸性水汽提装置工艺流程,具体分析了FF仪表选型和设备要求,并进行了网段设计和负荷验算,为FF现场总线的工程设计提供参考。FF的应用降低了自控工程设计成本,同时提高了系统的自动化监控水平,可将控制功能分散至现场应用,具有更为有效的监测和管理能力。
The Foundation fieldbus(FF)control system uses trunk power supply,and is intrinsically safe explosion-proof.The technical characteristics,system configuration,network topology,network segment risk management of FF are discussed.Combined with the process of one acidic water stripping plant,the FF instrument selection and equipment requirement are investigated concretely.The network segment is designed and the load is calculated,reference for engineering design for FF is provided.The application of FF reduces the design cost for control engineering,automatic monitoring s improved at the same tme.The control function can be distributed to the site with more effective monitoring and management capabilities.
