皖北农村地区住宅被动式设计研究

Study on Passive Design of Residence in Rural Areas of Northern Anhui

摘要 随着能源的日益紧张和环境的日益恶化,被动式设计成为国内外绿色建筑领域的研究热点。针对皖北地区农宅能耗大、舒适度差的问题,以阜阳地区为例,对现有农宅进行实地调研,梳理其在节能设计方面存在的不足。运用被动式设计理念与方法,从规划布局与户型设计、采光通风与遮阳设计、外围护结构热工设计三个方面,结合工程设计实践,探讨适宜于皖北农村地区的被动式住宅设计策略。这些策略对于优化建筑使用功能、改善室内的热环境具有显著作用,也为探索皖北地区农村建设的地域性问题提供了新的思路。 With the increasing energy shortage and the worsening of the environment,passive design has become a research hotspot in the field of green building at home and abroad.In view of the problem of high energy consumption and poor comfort of rural residence in the northern Anhui,taking the Fuyang area as an example,we conducted on-the-spot investigations on existing rural residence and sortod out the shortcoming in its energy-saving design.Using passive design concepts and methods,from the three aspects including planning layout and house design,lighting ventilation and shading design,and thermal design of extemal protection strcture,combining with engineering design practice,the passive residential design strategies stuitable for rural areas in northen Anhui are discussed.These strategies have a significant effect on optimizing the building use function and improving the indoor thermal environment,and also prvide new ideas for exploring the regional problems of rural construction in the northern Anhui.
