摘要
通过改变聚氧化丙烯二醇(PPG)和二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)的反应时间制得不同反应程度的聚氨酯(PU)预聚体。用PU预聚体改性双酚A型环氧树脂(EP),再用胺类固化剂固化,制备PU-EP共聚物灌缝材料,用于道路修补。通过一系列试验考察PU预聚体合成时间对PU-EP灌缝材料性能的影响。结果表明,PU预聚体的最佳合成时间为2.5 h,在此合成时间下灌缝材料具有较好的操作性能、力学性能和热稳定性能。
A serial of polyurethane prepolymers with different reaction degree were synthesized by changing synthesis time of polyoxypropylene glycol and diphenylmethane diisocyanate.The bisphenol A epoxy resin(EP)was modified by the PU prepolymers,and then curied by amine curing agent,PU-EP patching material for road surface repair were prepared.The effects of polyurethane prepolymer synthesis time on the properties of the PU-EP materials were investigated by some tests.The results showed that the best synthesis time was 2.5 h.With this synthetic time,the PU-EP material had good operational performance,mechanical properties and thermal stability.
