摘要
为解决表面活性剂在滚磨光整加工中的作用效果和机理的不明的情况,选取适合滚磨光整加工的表面活性剂进行滚磨光整加工实验研究。实验采用BJL-LL05离心式滚磨机,以表面活性剂SDBS、AES和CDEA(1:1)为副相,水为主相,放入滚筒与磨块及工件混合进行滚磨光整加工,通过对比实验法及目测法的方法,分析研究了不同表面活性剂的加工效果。重点分析了不同种类和浓度表面活性剂对表面质量影响和作用机理,以及不同浓度SDBS对AL6061光亮级别影响效果和作用机理。结果表明4%浓度SDBS满足AL6061工件粗糙度、光亮级别及材料去除率的要求,并为表面活性剂在滚磨光整加工中的应用提供了理论基础,对实际生产具有指导意义。
In order to solve the problem the effect of surfactants and the mechanism of action are unknown in barrel finishing,the experiment study the surfactants which is appropriate for barrel finishing.The experiments were carried out by BJL-LL05 centrifugal barrel mill,with the surfactants SDBS,AES and CDEA(1:1)as the secondary phase and water as the main phase which are mixed with the grinding blocks and the workpieces in the barrels.The effect of different surfactants was analyzed and compared by the comparative test method and visual method.The paper emphasis analysis the surface quality and mechanism of different kinds and concentrations of surfactants as well as the effects and its mechanism of different concentrations of SDBS on AL6061 light level.The results show that SDBS with 4%concentration satisfies the requirements of roughness,light level and material removal rate of AL6061,which provides a theoretical basis for the application of surfactants and has a guiding significance for the actual production for barrel finishing.
