摘要
目的分析PI3K/AKT/mTOR通路及免疫球蛋白参与的肉芽肿性小叶乳腺炎发病机制,为相关治疗提供参考。方法选取2015年6月~2016年6月西安交通大学第二附属医院(以下简称"我院")收治的60例肉芽肿性小叶乳腺炎患者作为观察组,选取我院同期健康体检者30名作为对照组,分析患者PI3K/AKT/mTOR通路蛋白及免疫球蛋白水平变化。结果与对照组比较,观察组PI3K、AKT、m TOR及白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、IL-6、IL-10水平明显升高,IgA、IgM及IgG水平明显降低,且差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 PI3K/AKT/mTOR通路及免疫球蛋白与非肉芽肿性小叶乳腺炎发病过程密切相关。
Objective To analyze the pathogenesis of granulomatous lobular mastitis involved in PI3K/AKT/mTOR pathway and immunoglobulin,and provide reference for related treatment.Methods Sixty patients with granulomatous lobular mastitis diagnosed and treated from June 2015 to June 2016 in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xi′an Jiaotong University(“our hospital”for short)were selected as the observation group.Thirty healthy subjects in our hospital were selected as the control group.The patient′s PI3K/AKT/mTOR pathway protein and immunoglobulin levels were analyzed.Results Compared with the control group,the levels of PI3K,AKT,mTOR and interleukin-2(IL-2),IL-6,IL-10 were significantly increased in the observation group,and the levels of immunoglobulin IgA,IgM and IgG were significantly decreased,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PI3K/AKT/mTOR pathway proteins and immunoglobulin have a close relationship with the pathogenesis of granulomatous lobular mastitis.
