摘要
目的分析综合护理干预对小儿高热惊厥家属心理状态及患儿临床效果的影响。方法选取2015年2月～2017年8月我院收治的60例小儿高热惊厥患儿作为研究对象,根据随机原则分为参照组和实验组,每组各30例。参照组给予常规护理,实验组给予综合护理干预。比较两组的护理效果。结果实验组退热时间、惊厥消失时间及住院时间均明显短于参照组(P<0.05);干预前,两组SAS评分及SDS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组的SAS评分及SDS评分比治疗前明显降低(P<0.05);但实验组患儿家属SAS评分及SDS评分明显低于参照组(P<0.05);实验组的护理总满意度为93.33%,明显高于参照组的70.00%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为高热惊厥患儿使用综合护理干预可有效改善患儿家属的心理状态,可有效缩短住院时间、惊厥消失时间以及退热时间,临床效果显著,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on mental state and clinical effect of children with febrile convulsion.Methods From February 2015 to August 2017,60 children with febrile convulsion treated in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group(n=30)and experimental group(n=30).Routine nursing was given in the reference group and comprehensive nursing intervention was given in the experimental group.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The antipyretic time,convulsion disappearance time and hospitalization time in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of SAS and SDS in the two groups were significantly reduced than those before treatment(P<0.05),but the SAS score and SDS score in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the patients in the experimental group was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(70.00%),the differencesereas statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention for children with febrile convulsion can effectively improve the psychological state of the family members of the children,shorten the time of hospitalization,the time of disappearance of convulsion and the antipyretic effect.Time,clinical effect is remarkable,worth clinical popularizing use.
