Extraction process optimization of acidic tuckahoe polysaccharides

摘要 酸性茯苓多糖是茯苓的主要成分,该实验为了进一步优化酸性茯苓多糖的提取工艺,从料液比、碱浓度、碱提时间3个影响因素进行考虑,通过单因素和响应面试验,确定酸性茯苓多糖提取最优工艺条件为料液比1∶50(g∶m L),碱(NaOH)浓度0.6 mol/L,碱提时间1 h。在此优化条件下,酸性茯苓多糖的提取率可以达到78.5%。 Acidic tuckahoe polysaccharide is the main component of tuckahoe.In order to further optimize the extraction process of acidic tuckahoe polysaccharides,the factors affecting the extraction of acid tuckahoe polysaccharides were considered from three factors:material to liquid ratio,alkali concentration and alkali extraction time,and the extraction process was optimized by single factor and response surface experiments.The results showed that the optimum extraction process of acidic tuckahoe polysaccharides were obtained as follows:material to liquid ratio 1∶50(g∶ml),NaOH concentration 0.6 mol/L and extraction time 1 h.Under these conditions,the extraction rate of acidic tuckahoe polysaccharide could reach 78.5%.
