摘要
以高岭土为主要原料,少量的透闪石、熔块和钾长石为辅助原料混合制备了高岭土质瓷坯体。通过测试不同烧成温度下坯体吸水率、体积密度、线收缩率和抗折强度,以及借助X射线衍射分析(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)等测试表征手段探究了烧成温度对高岭土质瓷坯体的性能的影响。实验结果表明:制备的高岭土质瓷坯体中主晶相为莫来石;相比普通瓷,所制备的高岭土质瓷坯体具有较宽的成瓷温度范围170℃;当烧成温度为1340℃时,所制备的高岭土质瓷坯体的综合性能最优。
Kaolin based porcelain body was prepared by using kaolin as main material,a small amount of tremolite,frit and potash feldspar as auxiliary materials.Using X-ray diffraction analysis(XRD)and scanning electron microscope(SEM)as characterizations,the effect of sintering temperature on properties of kaolin based porcelain was investigated by testing water absorption,bulk density,linear shrinkage and flexural strength of porcelain body sintered at different temperatures.The result show that the main crystal phase of the prepared kaolin based porcelain body was mullite.Compared to the common ceramic,the as-prepared kaolin based porcelain body had a wider porcelain temperature range of 170℃;The overall performance achieved its optimum when the sintering temperature arrived at 1340℃.
