摘要
为探究白羽肉禽屠宰企业不同的存放区域对瓦楞纸箱性能的影响,本文对企业生产过程中纸箱仓库、成品换装间、成品冷库三个区域进行纸箱的过夜(14h)处理,分别探究对纸箱抗压强度和耐破强度的影响。试验结果表明,成品冷库(-18℃/42%)过夜处理的纸箱抗压强度损失最为显著(17.71%),湿度最大的成品换装间(10℃/72%)过夜处理的纸箱耐破强度损失最为严重(27kPa)。并结合纸箱抗压强度和耐破强度两方面试验分析,对白羽肉禽屠宰企业的生产流程提出两点建议:库台换装操作纸箱做到即用即领;成品库存加快周转,减少长期库存。
In order to explore the influence of different storage areas of corrugated boxe in white feather poultry slaughtering enterprises on the performance,three areas of carton warehouse,finished product refilling room and finished product cold storage were dealt for overnight(14h)to detect the effect on the compressive strength and bursting strength of the carton.The results show that the carton compressive strength loss under the finished product cold storage(-18°C/42%)overnight treatment is the most significant(17.71%),and in the maximum humidity of finished dressing room(10°C/72%)treated overnight,the carton bursting strength was influenced most serious(27 kPa).According to the analysis of the compressive strength and burst strength of the carton,two suggestions are proposed for the production process of the white feather poultry slaughtering enterprise:the storage and operation of the cartons in the warehouse is get and play;the finished goods inventory is accelerated and the long-term inventory is reduced.
