摘要
目的:探讨口服替吉奥联合三维适型放疗治疗局部进展期胰腺癌的近期疗效分析。方法:将2011年1月—2017年12月在我院肿瘤科治疗的60例局部进展期胰腺癌患者随机分为两组,对照组采用口服替吉奥和三维适型放疗序贯治疗,观察组采用口服替吉奥联合三维适型放疗同步治疗,比较两组患者的近期疗效、不良反应。结果:观察组治疗有效率、疼痛缓解率与对照组相比明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组治疗后总胆红素、CA19-9水平与对照组相比无明显差异(P> 0.05);观察组消化道反应、骨髓抑制、乏力、发热等不良反应发生率与对照组相比无明显差异(P> 0.05)。结论:口服替吉奥联合三维适型放疗同步治疗局部进展期胰腺癌的近期疗效更佳,能提升整体疗效,降低疼痛,且不会增加不良反应,具有积极的临床意义。
Objective:To explore the short-term efficacy of oral tiggio combined with 3d conformal radiotherapy in the treatment of locally advanced pancreatic cancer.Methods:60 patients with locally advanced pancreatic cancer treated in the department of oncology of our hospital from January 2011 to December 2017 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received oral tiggio combined with 3d conformal radiotherapy sequentially,while the observation group received oral tiggio combined with 3d conformal radiotherapy simultaneously,the short term curative effect and adverse reactions of two groups of patients were compared.Results:The therapeutic efficiency and pain relief rate of the observation group were significantly improved compared with those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in total bilirubin and CA19-9 levels between the observation group and the control group after treatment(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions including digestive tract reaction,bone marrow suppression,fatigue and fever in the observation group was not significantly different from that in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Oral tiggio combined with 3d conformal radiotherapy had better short term effect in the treatment of locally advanced pancreatic cancer.It could promote the overall curative effect,reduce the pain,and did not increase the degree of adverse reactions,which was of positive clinical significance.
