摘要
目的:观察补中益气汤治疗脾虚胃热型慢性胃炎患者临床治疗效果。方法:采用等距随机抽样法将我院2017年1月-2018年1月收治的60例脾虚胃热型慢性胃炎患者分为接受西医三联疗法治疗的对照组及接受补中益气汤治疗的观察组各30例,4个疗程后对两组临床疗效进行观察与比较。结果:观察组治疗总有效率、幽门螺杆菌总转阴率高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗前两组中医证候积分无明显差异,治疗后观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:补中益气汤治疗脾虚胃热型慢性胃炎疗效确切且安全性高,可作为优选治疗方案推广使用。
Objective:To observe clinical effects of the Buzhong Yiqi decoction(补中益气汤)on chronic gastritis of the Pixu Weire type(脾虚胃热型).Methods:60 patients with chronic gastritis of the Pixu Weire type were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,30 cases in each.The control group was treated by combined western medicine therapy,and the observation group was treated with the Buzhong Yiqi decoction.Results:The total effective rate and total negative conversion rate of helicobacter pylori in the observation group were better than those in the control group.Adverse effects rate and TCM syndrome scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.Conclusion:The Buzhong Yiqi decoction on chronic gastritis of the Pixu Weire type is effective,safe and worthy of promotion.
