摘要 以聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)为基体,Na0.5La0.5Cu3Ti4O12 (NLCTO)陶瓷粉为填料,采用溶液混合法制备PVDF/NLCTO陶瓷粉复合材料。首先探讨NLCTO陶瓷粉煅烧温度对复合材料介电常数、介电损耗的影响;其次对NLCTO陶瓷粉进行表面改性制得Cu包覆NLCTO陶瓷粉(Cu@NLCTO),研究了铜的包覆改性对复合材料介电性能的影响。结果表明,NLCTO陶瓷粉煅烧温度对复合材料介电性能影响较大。900℃的NLCTO陶瓷粉质量分数为60%时,PVDF/NLCTO陶瓷粉复合材料获得了高的介电常数和低的介电损耗。铜的包覆量为NLCTO陶瓷粉质量的50%时,PVDF/Cu@NLCTO陶瓷粉复合材料可以获得更优的介电性能和力学性能。 The PVDF/NLCTO ceramic powder composites were prepared by solution mixing method using polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)as the matrix and Na0.5La0.5Cu3Ti4O12(NLCTO)as the filler.Firstly,the influence of NLCTO ceramic powder calcining temperature on the dielectric constant and dielectric loss of the composites was explored.Then,the effect of copper coating on the dielectric properties of the composites was discussed.The results show that the calcining temperature of NLCTO ceramic powder has a great influence on the dielectric properties of the composites.When the NLCTO ceramic powder content is 60wt%,the composite has high dielectric constant and low dielectric loss.When the amount of copper coated is 50%of NLCTO ceramic powder mass,PVDF/Cu@NLCTO ceramic powder composite material can obtain better dielectric properties and mechanical properties.
