水压马达非光滑表面配流副承载特性的数值模拟 被引量:3

摘要 为提高低速大扭矩水压马达配流副的承载能力,进而降低摩擦减少磨损,延长其使用寿命,构思了具有6种不同凹坑形状的非光滑表面配流盘。运用数值模拟的方法,对非光滑表面配流盘与马达转子端面组成的配流副间的液膜压力分布和承载能力进行了数值计算,分析了非光滑表面凹坑深度、形状以及转子转速对承载力的影响。结果表明:具有相同凹坑深度的非光滑表面配流副间液膜承载力随转子转速的增加而增大;相同转速下,圆形锥坑、方形锥坑、圆形半球坑所组成的非光滑表面,其承载力随凹坑深度的增加近似呈线性减小,但减小的缓慢,其中圆形锥坑的非光滑表面配流副承载力对凹坑深度的变化最不敏感,且承载力较高;相同转速下,圆形柱坑、方形柱坑、三角形柱坑所组成的非光滑表面配流副液膜承载力随凹坑深度的增加近似呈双曲线规律减小,且承载力在凹坑深度不小于0. 5 mm后基本相同,但比圆形锥坑、方形锥坑、圆形半球坑所组成的非光滑表面承载力小很多。该研究工作对于低速大扭矩海水液压马达非光滑表面配流副的设计及工程应用具有借鉴意义。 In order to increase loading capacity,reduce friction and wear,prolong life span of port plate pair of water hydraulic motor,a non-smooth surface port plate with six different kinds of pits is conceived.Numerical simulation method is applied to calculate liquid film pressure distributions and loading capacity.The influence of depth and shape of pits,and rotating speed of rotor on loading capacity of port plate pair is analyzed.The findings indicate that the loading capacity of non-smooth surface port plate pair with the same depth of pit increases with the increase of rotor rotating speed.At the same rotating speed,the loading capacity of non-smooth surface port plate pair with circular conical pits,square conical pits and circular hemispherical pits decreases approximately linearly and slowly with the increase of pit depth,and among them,the loading capacity of non-smooth surface port plate pair with circular conical pits is higher and has the least insensitivity to variation of pits depth.At the same rotating speed,the loading capacity of non-smooth surface port plate pair with circular column pits,square column pits and triangle column pits decreases with the increase of pits depth in a pattern of hyperbolic curve,and when the depth of pits is greater than or equal to 0.5 mm,the loading capacity is basically the same,but the values are much smaller than that of port plate pair with circular conical pits,square conical pits and circular hemispherical pits.The research work has a reference for design and application of non-smooth surface port plate pair of water hydraulic motor.
