摘要
覆冰引起的输电线路导线舞动、绝缘子闪络甚至倒塔断线等问题,严重影响了电网的安全运行。传统线路覆冰检测方法及现有覆冰监测装置仍存在部分问题。该文研究一种基于导线耦合取能技术、镜头加热技术及智能图像辨识技术的覆冰在线监测装置,结合应力法等值冰厚测量技术及覆冰图像识别结果实现一种高可靠性、具备自动预警功能的线路覆冰监测方法,及时准确掌握线路覆冰情况,为生产管理及调度运行部门决策提供依据。
The problems caused by icing,such as transmission line conductor dancing,insulator flashover and even tower breakage have seriously affected the safe operation of the power grid.Traditional line ice detection methods and existing icing monitoring devices still have some problems.In this paper,an online icing monitoring device based on wire-coupling energy-receiving technology,lens heating technology and intelligent image recognition technology is studied.It combines the stress method equivalent ice thickness measurement technology and the icing image recognition result to achieve a high reliability and automatic early warning line icing monitoring method,timely and accurately grasps the icing condition of the line,and provides the basis for the decision of the production management and dispatching operation department.
