摘要
目前电子商务已经成为世界最具影响力的商务模式,对企业对外贸易竞争优势再造产生了深远影响。本文首先总结了电子商务背景下我国企业对外贸易的新特点,分析了电子商务对国际贸易中的交易流程、货物运输、报关报检等方面的影响,并讨论了我国外贸企业目前电子商务应用的不足之处,然后在国际贸易竞争优势理论基础上探究了电子商务影响企业出口竞争优势变化的渠道。最后结合我国企业出口电子商务应用的现状及问题,提出了电子商务背景下我国企业出口竞争优势提升的对策建议。
At present,e-commerce has become the most influential business model in the world,which has exerted a profound influence on the reengineering of enterprises'competitive advantages in foreign trade.Under the background of this paper first summarizes the electronic commerce in our country the new characteristics of foreign trade enterprises,analysis the trading process of e-commerce on international trade,transport of goods,customs clearance,etc,and discussed our country foreign trade enterprise the deficiency of e-commerce application,and then on the basis of competitive advantage in international trade theory to explore the influence e-commerce enterprises to export competitive advantage change channels.Finally,combining with the current situation and problems of China's enterprises'export e-commerce application,this paper?puts forward some countermeasures and Suggestions for the improvement of?China's enterprises'export competitiveness under the background of e-commerce.
