薄壁铝合金镂空零件的高效高精加工工艺研究 被引量:4

摘要 针对一种薄壁铝合金镂空零件加工精度难以保证、加工效率低的特点,设计该零件的加工工艺及数控铣削工装,并将该工艺及铣削工装应用于实际加工。结果表明:使用该工艺及工装不仅能够保证零件的尺寸和形位公差,减小零件的变形量,保证零件的加工质量,而且极大地提高了生产效率。 The characteristics of a kind of thin-walled aluminum alloy hollow out part was studied.It is difficult to guarantee its machining accuracy and processing efficiency.The machining technology for the parts and CNC milling tool were designed,and the process and milling tool were applied in actual machining.The results show that the use of the technology and equipment can not only guarantee the part dimension but also the form and position tolerance,reduce the deformation of the part,guarantee the machining quality of the part,and greatly improve the production efficiency.
