摘要
气动单向阀属于流通面积随进口压力变化而变化的气动元件,本不能使用ISO 6358测定其流量特性参数。但由于单向阀的全开压力较低,且其临界压力比b较大,故可以使用定压法、变压法和串接法测定其流量特性参数。在已知S和b的情况下,还给出如何求得任何压力差p_1-p_2下通过该单向阀的流量q_v。
The pneumatic one-way valve is a pneumatic component which flow area changes with the change of the inlet pressure.Its flow characteristic parameters cannot be measured by using ISO 6358.But as a result of check valve fully open pressure is low,and the critical pressure ratio b is bigger,so constant pressure method,variable pressure method and concatenated method can be used to measure its flow characteristic parameters.In the case of known S and b,how to obtain the flow q v through the check valve at any pressure difference p 1-p 2 was shown.
