摘要
目的探讨自我管理联合自我效能干预对化疗期胃癌病人癌因性疲乏、自我效能及生命质量的影响。方法选取化疗期胃癌病人106例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组50例和对照组56例,两组病人均进行常规健康教育,观察组在此基础上进行自我效能联合自我管理干预。采用癌症疲乏量表、一般自我效能感量表和癌症治疗功能评价量表问卷进行效果评价。结果干预后,观察组癌因性疲乏水平、自我效能评分和生命质量评分与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(t=4.783～6.128,P<0.05)。结论自我管理联合自我效能干预能够有效地降低胃癌病人的癌因性疲乏水平,提高病人的自我效能和生命质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of self-management combined with self-efficacy intervention on cancer-related fatigue,self-efficacy,and quality of life in patients with gastric cancer during chemotherapy.Methods A total of 106 patients with gastric cancer who underwent chemotherapy were divided into observation group with 50 patients and control group with 56 patients using a random number table.The patients in both groups were given conventional health education,and those in the observation group were given self-management combined with self-efficacy intervention in addition.The cancer-related fatigue scale,general self-efficacy scale,and cancer therapeutic function assessment scale were used to evaluate the effect of such interventions.Results After intervention,there were significant differences between the observation group and the control group in the scores of cancer-related fatigue,self-efficacy,and quality of life(t=4.783-6.128,P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with gastric cancer,self-management combined with self-efficacy intervention can effectively reduce the level of cancer-related fatigue and improve self-efficacy and quality of life.
