摘要
针对现有的综合管廊煤气管道监测系统无法满足实际项目使用需求的问题,提出了一种基于GPRS网络的综合管廊煤气管道实时监测系统,可对煤气管道是否泄漏及泄漏点位置进行监测及计算,详细介绍了监测系统的工作原理及组成结构,并对系统进行了室内及现场试验。试验结果表明,系统可对综合管廊内的煤气管道进行实时监测,同时管道泄漏点的测量误差不超过2.5%,满足实际项目的使用需求。
Aiming at the problem that the exiting monitoring system of the gas piping in the comprehensive pipe gallery can’t meet the need,a monitoring system was proposed for comprehensive pipe gallery based on GPRS wireless net,which can provide monitoring and calculation about the occurrence and location of gas leakage for gas pipes.The working principle and the composition of the monitoring system was elaborated.Indoor test and field test about the system were conducted,the test results show that the monitoring system can realize the designed function and the measuring error is less than 2.5%,which meet the need of real project.
