摘要
目的:评价情境教学模式在医学生临床技能培训教学中的应用效果。方法:选择临床医学专业二年级学生,在二级技能培训中实施以真实案例为基础的组合式情境教学,抽取部分学生进行课前、课后问卷调查,分析评价教学效果。结果:组合式情境教学模式明显提高了学生学习临床技能的学习兴趣(P=0.021),利于知识的理解和融会贯通,利于激发学生知识学习兴趣,激发参与教学的积极性,理论联系临床实践。结论:以真实案例为基础的组合式情境教学模式是一种很好的临床技能训练方式,有利于多方位提升临床技能训练的教学效果。
Objective:To evaluate the effect of situational teaching model in the clinical skills training of medical students.Methods:The two grade students in clinical medicine were selected,and the two grade of skills training were implemented on the basis of real case based combination situational teaching,then to evaluate the effect of teaching through the questionnaire investigation before and after the course.Results:The combined situational teaching mode significantly improved students'learning interest in learning clinical skills(P=0.021),for the medical students which is conducive to knowledge understanded and coherence,to stimulate students'interest in learning knowledge,to stimulate participation in teaching,and to integrate theory with clinical practice.Conclusion:The combined situational teaching mode based on real cases is a good way for training clinical skills,which is conducive to improving the teaching effect of clinical skills training in many ways.
