摘要
目的对采用化学发光法检测甲亢患者各项指标的结果进行分析,以能够更好的治疗患者。方法方便选取该院在2013年1月—2017年12月期间收治得48例甲亢患者组成甲亢组作为研究对象,另选取48名正常人作为正常组进行对比分析。探讨两组患者血清总三碘甲状腺原氨酸(TT3),总甲状腺素(TT4),促甲状腺激素(TSH)等血清甲状腺激素等甲亢指标之间的差异。结果甲亢组患者的血清总三碘甲状腺原氨酸(TT3)为(3.43±0.28)ng/moL,总甲状腺素(TT4)为(20.23±2.8)μg/dL,促甲状腺激素(TSH)为(0.04±0.02)μIU/mL。正常组患者的血清总三碘甲状腺原氨酸(TT3)为(1.39±0.28)μg/mL,总甲状腺素(TT4)为(7.48±4.89)μg/dL,促甲状腺激素(TSH)为(1.44±0.47)μIU/mL。两组对比差异有统计学意义(t=34.091、26.678、9.879,P<0.05)。结论采用化学发光法检测血清总三碘甲状腺原氨酸(TT3),总甲状腺素(TT4),促甲状腺激素(TSH)等血清甲状腺激素具有很好的效果,对帮助甲亢患者做抗甲状腺亢进治疗,改善症状,减少并发症的发生具有很大的帮助,因此值得在临床实践中进行推广。
Objective To analyze the results of chemiluminescence detection of hyperthyroidism patients'indicators to better treat patients.Methods A total of 48 patients with hyperthyroidism who were admitted to the hospital from January 2013 to December 2017 were enrolled as the study group.48 normal subjects were convenient selected as the normal group for comparative analysis.The differences between serum levels of total iodine thyroxine(TT3),total thyroxine(TT4),thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH)and other thyroid hormones were observed.Results The serum total triiodothyronine(TT3)was(3.43±0.28)ng/moL,total thyroxine(TT4)was(20.23±2.8)μg/dL,and thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH)was(0.04±0.02)uIU/mL.In the normal group,serum total triiodothyronine(TT3)was(1.39±0.28)ng/mL,total thyroxine(TT4)was(7.48±4.89)μg/dL,and thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH)was(1.44±0.47)μIU/mL.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t=34.091、26.678、9.879,P<0.05).Conclusion Chemiluminescence detection of serum total triiodothyronine(TT3),total thyroxine(TT4),thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH)and other serum thyroid hormones have a good effect,to help patients with hyperthyroidism do antithyroid hyperthyroidism treatment.It is of great help to improve symptoms and reduce the incidence of complications,so it is worth promotion in clinical practice.
