摘要
统计分析大量高频焊接工艺参数发现,焊接相同外径的铝合金冷凝器集流管所用线能量与管壁厚度正相关。根据最小二乘法,借助直线回归方程,拟合出?25 mm×(1.15~2.10 mm)铝合金冷凝器集流管用焊接线能量q与管壁厚度t变化的模型;并且从理论和实践两方面对模型进行验证,指出只需根据模型输入线能量,就能实现冷凝器集流管的稳定焊接。
Based on the statistical analysis on many high-frequency welding process parameters,it’s found that there is a positive correlation between the heat input and the wall thickness of the aluminum alloy condenser collector tube with the same outer diameter.According to the least square method,model for the heat input q and wall thickness t inφ25 mm×(1.15-2.1 mm)aluminum alloy condenser collector tube is fitted by linear regression equation.The model is verified by theory and practice.It’s pointed out that the stable welding for condenser collector tube can be achieved by setting the heat input to the model.
