摘要
目的观察毫针速刺法结合火针治疗自闭症的临床疗效。方法 50例自闭症患者随机分为治疗组25例和对照组25例,治疗组采用毫针速刺法结合火针治疗,对照组采用康复训练。观察两组治疗前后CARS评分变化。结果两组治疗后CARS评分各项除对照组情感反应和焦虑反应评分外,与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后CARS评分中情感反应评分和焦虑反应评分与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组治疗后CARS评分中模仿评分和躯体运用能力评分与治疗组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论毫针速刺法结合火针治疗自闭症疗效显著,能够改善患者的情感反应和焦虑反应。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of rapid filiform needle insertion therapy plus fire needling for autism.Method Fifty autism patients were randomized to a treatment group(25 cases)and a control group(25 cases).The treatment group received rapid filiform needle insertion therapy plus fire needling and the control group,rehabilitation training.The CARS score was recorded in the two groups before and after treatment.Result There were statistically significant pre-/post-treatment differences in all the CARS item scores in the treatment group and except for CARS-emotional response score and CARS-fear and nervousness score in the control group(P<0.05).There were statistically significant post-treatment differences in the CARS-emotional response score and CARS-fear and nervousness score between the treatment and control groups(P<0.05).There were statistically significant posttreatment differences in the CARS-imitation score and CARS-body use score between the control and treatment groups(P<0.01,P<0.05).Conclusion Rapid filiform needle insertion therapy plus fire needling has a marked therapeutic effect on autism.It can improve the emotional response and reduce fear and nervousness in the patients.
