摘要
准东煤易着火、易燃尽,是优良的动力用煤,但使用过程中沾污结渣问题严重。本文在液态排渣旋风炉上对准东煤进行燃烧试验,通过扫描电镜对灰渣样的显微形貌及成分进行研究,并分析其飞灰烧结强度。结果表明:准东煤在旋风炉上燃烧完全,且可以通过调整风量和配风方式来控制NOx生成;旋风炉内高温段形成的液渣中出现了Fe元素的富集、中低温段灰样中出现了Na、Ca、S元素的富集,旋风炉灰渣中均含有一定量的碱金属元素,液渣中碱金属元素质量分数低于原煤灰中,而灰样中的碱金属质量分数较高;旋风炉飞灰烧结强度高;低熔点组分的Na、Ca硅铝酸盐、硫酸盐是造成结渣沾污的重要因素。
Zhundong coal is a good coal for power generation due to its easy ignition and high burnout rate.However,the problem of fouling and slagging while using it has seriously affected its development and utilization.In this study,Zhundong coal combustion experiment was carried out on a liquid slag discharge cyclone furnace,and the microscopic appearance and composition of the ash-slag samples were analyzed by a scanning electron microscope.Moreover,the sintering strength of the fly ash was also analyzed.The results show that,the Zhundong coal was completely burned in the cyclone furnace,and the generation of NOx can be controlled by adjusting the air volume and the air distribution mode.In the liquid slag which was formed in the high temperature section of the cyclone furnace,there appeared the enrichment of Fe element.In the ash samples which was formed in the middle temperature section of the cyclone furnace,there appeared the enrichment of Na,Ca and S elements.Both the cyclone ash and slag contained alkali metal elements,the content of alkali metals in the liquid slag was lower than that in the raw coal ash,while that in ash was higher.The sintering strength of the fly ash of the cyclone furnace was high.The low melting point components of Na,Ca silicon aluminates and sulfates were important factors causing the fouling and slagging.
