摘要
火电机组深度调峰工况下,凝结水泵的节能优化研究对提高机组运行的经济性非常关键。本文分别以某330 MW"一机两泵"和"一机一泵"2种布置的供热机组所配套的凝结水泵为研究对象,采用Ebsilon软件进行建模,模拟计算机组在正常运行和深度调峰工况下的运行状况,分析了凝结水泵的流量特性和功耗特性,提出了增设1台小流量凝结水泵的节能优化方案,并且从经济性和可行性方面进行了论证。结果表明:在机组深度调峰工况下,原有凝结水泵及配套电动机系统效率低,功耗大,影响机组的安全经济运行;增设1台小凝结水泵的平均功耗比原凝结水泵耗功小,且经济可行,实际可操作。
The energy saving optimization of condensate pump is very critical to improve the economy operation of thermal power unit under the condition of deep peak load regulation.In this study,the condense pumps of the 330 MW heating unit arranged with“one machine two pumps”and“one machine one pump”are selected as the research object respectively.The Ebsilon software is used to model and simulate the operating conditions of the unit under normal operation and deep peak load regulation conditions.The flow characteristics and power consumption characteristics of the condensate pump are analyzed.And an energy saving optimization scheme for adding a small flow condensate pump is proposed,the economy and feasibility of this scheme are demonstrated.The results show that,under the condition of deep peak load regulation,the original condensate pump and auxiliary motor system have low efficiency and large power consumption,which affects the safe and economic operation of the unit.The average power consumption of adding a small flow condensate pump is less than that of the original condensate pump,which is economically feasible and practical.
