摘要
目的分析研讨2014年至2018年自体耳软骨与膨体聚四氟乙烯在鼻整形中的应用效果。方法随机从我院2014年3月至2018年2月期间收治的鼻整形患者中抽取80例做回顾分析,患者均接受隆鼻手术治疗,依据其填充材料分组,其中40例接受固体硅胶假体治疗(对照组),另40例接受自体耳软骨联合膨体聚四氟乙烯填充(研究组),观察比较治疗效果,如手术满意度等。结果研究组并发症总发生率5%低于对照组32.50%,组间数据有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗满意度90%高于对照组55%,组间数据有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自体耳软骨与膨体聚四氟乙烯应用于鼻整形中,其美观效果均较为突出,但膨体聚四氟乙烯美观效果更明显,术后可更长时间保持较好鼻型,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the application efficacy of autogenous ear cartilage and expanded PTFE in rhinoplasty from 2014 to 2018.Methods 80 rhinoplasty patients were randomly selected for retrospective analysis from all the rhinoplasty patients admitted by our hospital from March 2014 to February 2018.All the 80 patients received rhinoplasty surgery were divided into two groups according to the filling material,40 cases were treated with solid silica gel prosthesis(control group),and another 40 cases were filled with autogenous ear cartilage combined with expanded PTEF(study group),observe and compare of therapeutic effect,such as surgical satisfaction Results The total incidence of complications in the study group was 5%lower than that in the control group 32.50%,and the data between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Study group treatment satisfaction 90%higher than that in the control group 55%,and the data between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Autogenous ear cartilage and expanded PTFE were used in rhinoplasty,both of them aesthetic effect is prominent,but expanded PTFE’s aesthetic effect is more prominent,Nose type can be keep for longer after surgery.It is worth promoting.
